How The Agent´s 911 System Works:

   To install the system, simply plug in the electrical cord to an outlet and connect the telephone line to any standard telephone jack (in a central location of the property) and then to the Emergency Notification unit.

   A system activator, in the form of either a pendant or bracelet, is worn by each real estate agent. Each activator is equipped with an “emergency” button. When pushed, the button activates the system and sends an immediate call to the local 911 operator. The 911 operator will receive the address of the call on their computer screen.* Also, a two-way audio connection is established. With the use of a microphone in the Emergency Notification unit, the 911 operator can hear what is happening from approximately 30 feet of the unit and then respond directly to the caller. Since the call is made over a standard telephone line and not a cell phone, if the 911 operator is not able to hear the caller (i.e., they lock them self in a bathroom or the basement for protection), 911 can still dispatch police because he/she knows the location of the call.

   Because the activators can function from up to 300 feet away, it can be activated from outside of most listings as well. And since all the activators are universal, the activator will work with any of The Agent's 911 Systems installed in properties across the country.
